Luma Mental Health Network provides virtual mental health services, psychological evaluations, and therapy for accident-related trauma. These services are intended to supplement, not replace, the care provided by your primary care physician or other healthcare providers.

3. Eligibility
Luma Mental Health Network services are available to individuals who have been involved in accidents and are eligible for coverage.

4. Fees and Payment
There are no direct fees or costs to you for using Luma Mental Health Network services. Payment for services is handled through a lien agreement with your personal injury attorney, meaning payment is contingent upon the successful resolution of your case.

5. Medical Information and Privacy
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your mental health and medical history during your consultations. Luma Mental Health Network will maintain the confidentiality of your protected health information (PHI) in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including HIPAA.

6. Disclaimer of Liability
Luma Mental Health Network and its providers do not guarantee specific outcomes of therapy or treatment. Luma Mental Health Network’s services are designed to provide specialized clinical assessment and therapy following an accident. While our clinicians offer professional expertise, their consultations focus on the specific psychological trauma and symptoms related to your recent accident. For ongoing or unrelated mental health or medical concerns, please consult with your primary care physician or specialized healthcare providers.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luma Mental Health Network and its providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use Luma Mental Health Network services.

8. Termination of Services
Luma Mental Health Network reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to its services at any time, with or without cause or notice.

9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Luma Mental Health Network may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We encourage you to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
